- Lectures and workshops in specialized curricula
- Participation in conferences and career fairs
- Regular onboarding of students from partner schools

- We implement key principles to meet our commitments:
o Our job postings and recruitments are conducted free of any discriminatory bias;

o Fairness in compensation policy and career path progression.
Our hiring process is defined by 3 key stages:
- The prequalification interview: allows us to review your motivations, cross-functional skills, and career goals. This interview is also an opportunity to discuss topics related to the company, its culture, and its growth.
- The operational interview: conducted with one of our technical or business leads, this discussion validates technical expertise and includes a technical assessment. The HR representative attends this interview to evaluate the candidate's soft skills.
- The final interview: provides a final review of the profile by the head of the division where the hiring need arises.
ITrust places particular importance on keeping candidates informed. To this end, we strive to deliver personalized feedback to all our candidates.
ITrust is committed to a recruitment approach focused on equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all its forms.
- Recruitment activities may be conducted externally or with the support of external service providers mandated by ITrust;
- All our procedures are conducted in compliance with gender equality (job offer drafting, topics addressed during recruitment interviews);
- A minimum of two recruitment interviews are conducted before extending an employment offer;
- All candidates who participated in an interview must be notified of the results;
- Candidates may undergo skills or aptitude assessments prior to a job offer;
- A copy of the job description will be provided to the new employee;
- A structured onboarding path is prepared and scheduled to ensure the best possible welcome for the new team member.
